Giro’s New Ionos High End Road Helmet

Giro says their new Ionos Road Helmet has been in production for three years, and that Floyd Landis wore a prototype when he won the Tour last year. They reduced the number of vents, but made them larger than their previous marquee helmet, the Atmos. It’ll be on the heads of a few teams in the Tour de France next month and available for everyman in bike shops at the same time.

    It looks like it has a few more pads inside, but really it looks just like the Atmos. Really creative Giro.
