Biker’s Head Run Over by Truck, Helmet Ruined

Giro has a crash replacement program where they allow you to send your damaged helmet with a copy of your receipt and a letter describing your accident. Based on your story, they’ll give you a discount on picking up a new one, but they’d better hook up Ryan Lipscomb of Madison, Wisconsin with a free helmet for all the advertising he’s doing for them. The guy’s head was run over in a hit-and-run accident, and he walked away with his brains still inside his skull. You can actually see tread marks on the helmet.
