After looking at this picture for a moment, that Mokai jet kayak doesn’t seem like such a stupid idea. Creative Feathers Studio and Fly Shop makes this top-mounted kayak fish-storage bag. It’s so people fishing off their boats don’t drag their day’s catch like chum and they can avoid these types of situations.
