If you’re riding with fenders the tops of your legs are the only place where the lower half of your body really gets soaked. It would also be handy not to have to worry about your Gore-tex rain pants getting sucked into your chain and torn to shreds. I’m just hoping there’s a better alternative than Rain Chaps somewhere out there.
