The Guy Might be Innocent After All
By Rocky Thompson on February 23rd, 2007The French lab that handed over the doping allegations that stripped Floyd Landis of his Tour de France title is defending itself. When the story broke that they’d mislabeled some of Landis’ paperwork it wasn’t too big of a deal, but the new charges make them look guiltier than OJ.
Apparently the same two lab techs did all the testing, and they knew which samples belonged to Landis—both clear violations of internal rules. They also may have been using some old lab equipment that they didn’t know how to use because they’d lost the manual. It looks like a battle royale between Landis and the French lab. Does anyone even tangentially involved in professional road racing have any integrity?

I just hope thats not not merino he is wearing.
As far as the french go. They would like nothing more than to soil the american dominated sport that they claim to own.
It’s time to let the circus all the way into town– why not let the pharmaceutical companies sponsor their own Olympics, where doping is not only allowed, it’s encouraged? Imagine the freaks of muscular nature adn unhuman endurance machines that modern chemistry could produce! The first few years will see chemical enhancements, but after a full generation (12 years under the accelerated programmes), we’ll see fully genetic altered athletes take to the field.
You Nexus6. I make youa eyez.
I’ve seen things you people can only dream of… road bikes on fire… over the mountains of france. I’ve seen C-notes glitter in the depths of french strippers. Now, all these things are lost… like… evidence… in a doping case.
