Shaun Deller’s old-school cycling hats are made in his Portland studio from materials he finds in thrift stores. They all sell for about $30 on his website alongside more styles that don’t look like you just got done with a bike ride in the ‘80s.

Rad!!! I have one of his all-wool hats with earflaps (no flowers! $40 from http://www.shaundeller.com) and i wear it every day on and off the bike. Every one should buy a hat from Shaun because we could all use more cycling hippies making hats in Oregon.
