Walk the Plank
By Rocky Thompson on December 18th, 2006
The Grand Canyon Glass Skywalk is a glass cantilever hanging 4000ft above the Canyon’s floor. Opening in March 2007, they say the walkway can hold hundreds of people and withstand winds of 100mph. The top is open, while the walls and floors are clear. It doesn’t have any clear bathrooms though, so you better make sure your stomach can handle the mortal terror of looking straight down 4000ft while the whole thing sways in the wind.

My question is. How long will this be open before the first BASE jumper gets tossed in the poky for taking the leap?
Bungee jumping. Those guys need to make the big coinage by charging another $50 to go bungee jumping from the far end of it. That, and they need to put a tin can at the bottom, and run a lotto of $1,000,000 to whomever can drop a quarter in the can. They would make a pile of moolah that way, as well as channel the (poor) behaviour of what everyone does already. (p.s. no spitting, or you can spit, but it will cost you a dollar).
Wow, what could possibly go wrong?
