No Sanctions for FlowLab
By Rocky Thompson on September 15th, 2006
Better find a smooth road for this summer snowboard alternative, its canted trucks make it easy to turn but to start on flatland. The FlowLab 14-wheel skateboard allows proficient riders to carve through 45 degree turns while rookies spend most of their time flying off the board and rolling on their side through corners. It’s a viable option if you have the road for it in springtime (and it’s way better than some other options), but you’re better off waiting a month or so until the first snow flies and you can hike for turns.
FlowLab has a great product, but their customer service sucks. They were not even able to get the appology right when the order went so very wrong.
I have NEVER done business with a company as bad as this one. I was really surprised to see such a lack of respect shown for their customers.
I will never order from them again and regret ever placing an order with them.
