Julbo plays the fear card with their new toddler line of sunglasses by asking parents if they love their kids enough to protect their children’s priceless eyes.

Their ad says: “Unprotected exposure to solar radiation means penetration of the maximum sunlight that the eye can take and cause irreversible injury to ocular tissue.”

Translation: Your kid will go blind and become a street person who eventually freezes to death instead of the next great artist if you’re too cheap to buy it these expensive sunglasses.
